Michael Claprood

Michael Claprood is a Director of Business Development for Hodes IQ who is wholly owned by the Bernard Hodes Group. Michael specializes in working with key strategic accounts in Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 organizations in implementing human capital solutions. He consults in all of Hodes IQ core products and services including, recruitment process consulting, Hodes IQ (Applicant Tracking System), and SmartPost. Michael has over 12 years experience in assisting corporate clients in the entertainment, manufacturing, financial, retail, technology, healthcare, and food industries. He has managed multi-national accounts that cover Europe, South America, Asia Pacific, and all of North America.

Prior to joining Hodes I.Q., Michael was a Director of Client Services with Novations Group and an Account Director at TMP Worldwide where he managed a team with revenues in excess of 5 million dollars. Before his position at TMP Worldwide Michael Worked at Right Management and DBM for over 6 years. He sold their entire portfolio including; Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Outplacement, Needs Assessments, and Change Management. Michael achieved Presidents Club and Team awards each year, and began a mentoring program that assisted in the on-boarding of new employees. He covered the Pacific territory and achieved annual revenue goals of 1.5 million dollars.
